The South Whidbey School District Board meets twice monthly. The monthly Board Workshop/Business Meeting is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Intermediate School Community Room, if needed. The Board Workshop/Business Meeting is generally used for more detailed discussion of issues, board business, building reports, staff presentations, etc. requiring more time than would be possible at the regular business meeting. Action may be taken at the Board Workshop/Business Meeting. The Regular Board Meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Intermediate School Community Room. These meetings are used for board communications, business and administration. Public participation is an integral part of successful schools.  Meeting agendas are prepared by the board president and superintendent and are available on our web site prior to meetings.  The community is encouraged to attend. Meeting Times Regular Board Meeting: Fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:30 in the IS Community Room. There are some exceptions to this pattern. Please see the detailed calendar below.
