Getting involved with LACEP begins when a teacher, counselor, parent or other concerned adult completes a LACEP referral form for a young person who agrees to an initial meeting with LACEP staff.
After being referred, a young person will meet with a LACEP staff person to discuss his or her strengths, needs, and goals. The staff persons will work with the young person to determine whether LACEP is a good fit.
