This site contains information about South Whidbey School District's Schoolwide Enrichment Model: programs and resources for addressing the intellectual, creative and social needs of gifted and talented students.

District Technology Plan (pdf)
This link takes you to a PDF version of the district's technology plan for 2007 - 2010.  It includes the district and school learning goals which have been approved by the school board and the state.  While this plan covers three years, it will be revised and updated each year.  The plan refers in places to the "
Three Tiers (pdf)" of technology use in the classroom.  This is a rubric which has been developed to assist districts in their analysis, assessment and integration of technology in schools.  You can download it by clicking on "Three Tiers" above.
