    Free Preschool Child Development Screening April 18th

    Provided by the South Whidbey School District

    If you have a preschool age child (3- 5)  with developmental concerns and would like to have them screened by our team (speech therapist, occupational therapist and school psychologist), please contact Marie at 360-221-6808 ext. 2206 to set up an appointment for the  screening day or for more information.  If you have developmental concerns for a child age birth to 3, contact Sharon at the Toddler Learning Center @ 221-6808 x 4420.

  • Jump Rope for Heart
    We had 75 grade 1-4 participants this year.  Students had a good time as well as received an excellent work out.  The donation count for the American Heart Association is $2,454.91.   Students' prizes usually take 3-5 weeks before they arrive.  Thank you for your participation.

    April 25th, national speaker, Brooks Gibbs is coming to South Whidbey

    to present to the students (during school), staff (after school)and the community (5pm at the SWHS Auditorium). 

    Brooks Gibbs is an award winning social skills educator who teaches students, parents, and teachers how to build emotional resilience and live by the Golden Rule.

    Over 2,500 schools have hired him to speak allowing him to reach 2 million students face-to-face. His training videos have been seen by more than 100 million people worldwide.

    His online training program Raise Them Strong empowers students to make friends and manage enemies.
