Do You Qualify for Free or Reduced Priced Meals?
Based on your household income your children could qualify for free or reduced priced meals. To find if you qualify, you must fill out a National School Lunch & Breakfast Application. You will find the application in any school office or you may download and print the application here:
Return the completed application to your student's school or mail it to:

Families may apply at any time during the school year.
- A new application must be completed each year
- Only one application is required per family
- Separate applications are required for all foster children
