In accordance with RCW 70.54.490 and HB 1230, the following provides information for schools, students, and families to learn more about safety topics. Topics include substance use, and the safe storage of prescription/over-the-counter medication, firearms, and ammunition.

South Whidbey School District has valuable resources to assist with social and emotional health of our students, including our Student Assistance Program, which provides a wide variety of substance abuse education through prevention, intervention and recovery support services to students. The Student Assistance Professional provides information, guidance and support to students who are impacted by substance use, emotional stressors and mental health challenges.  .
