BUS TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM MAIN HOUSING ONLY
(There will be a Bus for the South Whidbey Children's Center)
Our school uses PickUp Patrol for parents to communicate dismissal plan changes and to report absences. Changes can be entered in advance through the PUP web app from a smartphone or computer. Submit all changes by 1PM MON-FRI.
All plan changes should be submitted through PickUp Patrol. Notes, emails or phone calls will not be accepted for changes, except in emergencies.
IMPORTANT: ENTER DEFAULT PLAN BY SEPTEMBER 1ST.
For a safe dismissal, it’s essential that we know your student’s regular daily dismissal plan (Default Plan). Please enter Default Plans using the PUP app or here: https://app.pickuppatrol.net/parents
- NEW PARENTS: You will receive a registration email from PickUp Patrol with a link to set up your account. The PUP web app is free to parents and you can use it from your smartphone or computer. Instructions for how to add the app to your phone are included in the registration email.
- RETURNING PARENTS: If you are not able to login to your account, contact the school to confirm your email address with our records.
- ATTENDANCE: Notify the school office when your child will be absent.
- DISMISSAL CHANGES: Submit changes to your child’s regular dismissal plans. For example: A student normally rides the bus, but is getting picked up today.
