The South Whidbey School District has a vacancy for an interested parent or citizen to serve on the School Board of Directors as an AT LARGE member. All citizens are invited to nominate candidates for this position, provided that the nominees are registered voters in South Whidbey and who reside within the South Whidbey School District.

Application Process: 

  • Applications must be submitted by August 5, 2026
  • School Board Application Screening August 12, 2026
  • Interviews at School Board Meeting on August 26, 2026
  • Oath of Office/First Meeting on September 9, 2026
