Early Childhood
We partner with Skagit Valley College to provide early childhood education through the Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP). They run a pre-school on the site of our Elementary South Campus.
Additionally, the TLC is a private non-profit 501c3 agency in Oak Harbor providing early childhood education service.
