Zoom Webinar Board Meetings

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A BOARD MEETING ZOOM WEBINAR?

All of the Board Workshops and Meetings are Open Public Meetings. 

Currently these meetings are held as zoom webinars.  The link changes for each meeting. You can find the current link to the next meeting by the Friday prior to the meeting at:

1) On the agenda -- all agendas are kept on Board Docs and the current meeting is always featured: https://go.boarddocs.com/wa/swsd/Board.nsf/vpublic?open

 

2) In the Navigator Newsletter on the Friday before the meeting. This is emailed to you but is also always available on the website: https://sw.wednet.edu/cms/One.aspx?portalId=465833&pageId=20269628

 

3) On Facebook, it is an event with a link to the meeting -- See South Whidbey School District Facebook page (https://fb.me/e/1IhfcAqcD)

 

During the meeting there is an opportunity for Q&A. The Q&A is read at the end of the meeting in the Reports section.  Those who would like to provide a comment must identify themselves for the record.
